
This is a large bento I made for my mom when she came to visit. I used Japenese white rice sprinkled with
gomashio and toasted nori. On the top left is steamed edamame and miso glazed tempeh sticks (I made a glaze with miso, soy sauce, ginger, and I don't really remember what else. I marinated the tempeh in the glaze, then baked them in the oven). In the green container is kimchi. The blue contain is
kinpira gobo. A
tea egg (not the lazy kind this time). And a stir-fry with lotus root, snow peas, enoki mushrooms, and tree ear fungus.
